  We went this past Saturday for me to try it out. We waited 4 min at the hostess stand and then we decided to walk in the restaurant; 4 service staffs were talking by the kitchen door. A waiter came forward asking us what we wanted!? then he leaves and comes back 4 min later? to seat us. We sat 7 more min(stopwatch all along) and as I was ringing the manager, i see a supervisor showing our waitress her station. I said supervisor because it could not have been a manager, because if she was, she should be let go ASAP! some servers were working, but the concept of team work has not been taught to them. Nobody at the hostess stand? if you are short of staff, as a manager you have to work the floor. Simple as that! When we were waiting for our server to show up, we saw a couple walking out. I gave it 2 stars instead of none, because our waitress, Antoinette apologized profusely to us and she was very attentive and very nice! the food was also very good! My 1st time eating and enjoying Fried Onion rings in 34 years!! Congrats on the fried food! not greasy at all!!

  Absolutely horrible service. Yes food is good but from how awful the service is it’s not even worth it. And you might think I’m over reacting but trust me I’m not. We’ve lived here for over 20 years and the service has never been worse anywhere in plantation. I can’t even get someone on the phone ordering for take out. That really triggered me. The whole entire server cast should be fired and new management should be hired for sure. The place is god awful. And give the employees a drug test for Christ’s sake.

  Best Buffalo Wild Wings ever. Eddie was the best host/waiter I ever met. Exceptional service and extremely polite. Helped me out. Thank you Eddie. (Your the real one)

  Smelled like a gym locker room. We waited 5 minutes before anyone even showed up to greet us. We were told we had a 5 minute wait though 95% of tables were empty. Two men came in after us and were seated immediately. We waited again (my daughter really wanted the wings) and then a family walks in and was immediately seated. We're walked out and went to Red Robin's where we had excellent customer service and felt we'd dodged a bullet.

  The service the waitress provided tonight was beyond horrible, but I must say the manager Stephanie did a phenomenal job rectifying the situation. Though I would have loved for the waitress to try to redeem herself she apparently didn't try, but kudos to Stephanie for her effort. She gets 5 stars from me.
